Supply Operations Manager

Responsibilities：

1、Monitor supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, analyze and identify regional or city supply issues, driving solutions through product or operational strategy measures. 2、Utilize incentive measures such as bonus and subsidies to increase rider activity, performance and rider retention rate. In scenarios with high demand pressure need to adjust the delivery distance and ETA (estimated time of arrival) as appropriate. 3、Improve the operational efficiency and reduce delivery costs by analyzing data, optimizing processes and solving problems. 4、Work with the product team and promote the launch of relevant supply operation product systems to improve product efficiency and advance intelligence in the process of supply utilization.

Requires：

1、Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2-10 years of work experience in the internet/logistics/O2O (online-to-offline) industry. Experience with logistics operation, analysis, strategy, and data is preferred. Experience in food delivery companies is preferred. 2、Results-oriented, data-driven, with strong communication and resource integration capabilities. 3、Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using various data analysis tools. 4、Proficiency in English, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
