About The Role

The Junior People Operations Partner is responsible for managing various HR administration tasks following standardized procedures and practices across FYUL’s global locations, supporting office, customer support, and operations employees.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail

  • HCM (Human Capital Management) Administration:
    • Execute key HR processes (Hire, Change Job, Terminate) in the HRIS (Workday) based on globally standardized business processes.
    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Document Preparation, Handling, and Archiving:
    • Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and termination notices, in line with the employee life cycle (Hire, Change Job, Termination).
    • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements for document handling and secure archiving practices.
  • Job Description Management:
    • Design and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with the employee’s direct manager, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and role expectations.
  • Employee Consultation:
    • Guide employees on basic HR administration, compensation, and benefits-related inquiries.
    • Ensure employees understand HR processes by offering clear explanations and directing them to appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Partner with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and address any administrative challenges.
Your Qualifications

  • Completed or in progress Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR administration, people operations, or a related HR support role; can be in the form of internship.
  • Previous experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts, promotion letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Some experience with HR reporting, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Latvian to interact with employees and managers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR tools, systems, and best practices.
