We're Hiring: Data Analyst – Power BI (Telecom) | Abu Dhabi

Are you a Power BI expert with a passion for transforming complex telecom data into powerful, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team onsite in Abu Dhabi and help us drive data-led decisions across a fast-paced telecom environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy impactful Power BI dashboards and reports using large, complex datasets.
• Optimize data models for scalability and high performance.
• Create custom DAX queries and measures tailored to telecom analytics.
• Track and visualize key telecom KPIs: ARPU, churn, network performance (latency, packet loss), subscriber behavior, and more.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Automate reporting processes and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) as needed.
• Ensure top-tier data accuracy and integrity in all analytics outputs.
• Keep up with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling techniques.
• Deep understanding of telecom metrics and how to tell their story through data.
• Passion for clean, insightful, and user-centric reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
