What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Capability Development who will join our team Learning and Capability Development Directorate.


  • Create global capability development roadmap and set the priorities regarding Beko's Global’s leadership DNA,
  • Design and execute functional capability programs in parallel with the future fit talent strategy.
  • Create and manage development programs by using advanced development tools in order to mobilize employees to learn from each other and increasing growth mindset,
  • Review L&D trends and benchmarks the internal and external environment to improve learning and development activities,
  • Define competencies and capability needs for Global Talents in line with the talent management strategy and mapping them with development solutions,
  • Manage daily operations of training programs and coordinate with vendors and Global HR teams,
  • Manage and ensure the realization of Training & Development programs in parallel with the program design,
  • Work closely with Global functional leaders, SMEs and HR teams and responding to inquiries on development efforts,
  • Receive feedback from participants, suppliers, managers and all related parties in order to create and implement improvement actions,
  • Monitore the Training and Development budget to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently,
  • Follow up the invoices of the programs and records budget realization for development efforts through organizations budget and purchasing platforms,
  • Work closely and aligned with L&D Operational Excellence team on reporting and planning programs,


The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration,Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or other related fields,
  • Willing to pursue a career in Learning and Development,
  • Having global experience in development, talent management /development is a plus,
  • Strong leadership development and potential programs design and program management skills,
  • High learning agility,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
  • Being open to communications always our priority.
