.Net Software Developer - Elasticsearch

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Software Development along with hands-on experience in Elasticsearch, databases, and cloud technologies. This role is based in Ireland, you must be living in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for efficient search capabilities.
• Work with databases including SQL and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 years of experience in software development.
• Experience across .Net, Python or other OOP
• Strong experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with databases: Elasticsearch, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-based applications.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced Agile development team.
