Senior Product Manager (Web and Mobile)

Up to €120 per hour - (based on a 40-hour work week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery and long-term evolution of a new flexibility product, launching first across a small group of country markets before scaling globally in 2026 and beyond.

You’ll be responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class customer experience across both Web and Mobile App platforms, covering everything from the initial purchase journey through to post-booking management.

Working closely with embedded teams across engineering, design, data, and compliance, you’ll drive delivery in a complex, cross-functional stakeholder environment—adapting plans and priorities to ensure fast-paced, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer experience for the new flexibility product across Web and App platforms.
• Shape and deliver a clear go-to-market plan and product roadmap from MVP to global scaling.
• Partner with multiple existing teams to execute delivery, aligning on scope, prioritisation, and sequencing.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage dependencies, and refine requirements as new inputs emerge.
• Champion best practices for UX across devices while ensuring compliance in regulated environments.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for product delivery—communicating progress, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders up to Director level.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, legal, commercial, and customer service teams to ensure readiness for global scale.

Experience

• Seasoned Product Manager, ideally with strong delivery in contract roles.
• Proven track record of launching digital products in global, cross-functional environments.
• Strong experience with customer-facing Web and Mobile App products.
• Demonstrable success with 0-to-1 product delivery, and scaling products into multiple markets.
• Strong analytical and data fluency—able to define metrics, assess experiments, and use insights to drive decisions.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and balancing customer, commercial, and technical inputs.
• Clear communicator with the confidence to manage up and across teams, from detail to big picture.
• Adept at simplifying complex challenges and creating alignment in multi-stakeholder environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in insurance or regulated products.
• Experience working with monitoring/analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Grafana).
• SQL/data exploration skills.
• Experience in large-scale consumer tech or travel platforms.
