We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Singapore-based consulting team. This role focuses on driving private banking, digital banking, and payments transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on funds transfer and payment operations.

With a strong foundation in financial services, you will lead client engagements, develop trusted relationships, and shape consulting strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise in project management, digital banking transformation, and trading processes will enable you to drive innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee and manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and business impact
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance digital banking capabilities and payment processes
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for clients in private banking, digital banking, and equity trading
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture

Project & Client Management

• Direct and oversee project workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Lead digital banking transformation initiatives, including the implementation of payment platforms, funds transfer systems, and cross-border remittances
• Drive process optimization in payments, SWIFT transactions, real-time payments, and clearing & settlement systems
• Leverage expertise in private banking to enhance customer onboarding, wealth management solutions, and payment workflows
• Manage regulatory compliance for payments and digital banking, ensuring adherence to MAS guidelines and industry regulations
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and business opportunities for clients
• Present findings, proposals, and business cases to C-suite executives and senior management

People & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for project updates and strategic discussions
• Provide coaching and mentorship to consultants and senior consultants, fostering professional growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to drive project success

About you:

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 10 years of experience in financial services consulting, banking, or a related industry
• Strong experience in private banking, digital banking, and payments, with a focus on funds transfer, SWIFT, and real-time payments
• Deep knowledge of banking technology platforms, payment systems, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives and board members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
