Are you ready for a new challenge in our Sustainability & Product Compliance Team?:

The Sustainability and Product Compliance Manager coordinates activities related to product compliance and sustainability, with a focus on the Supply Chain.


What can you learn with us?:


  • Manage the implementation of product compliance guidelines and due diligence practices, including export certifications and testing supervision;
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and management of required certifications (e.g., Textile EPR, FSC, responsible materials);
  • Plan and oversee social compliance audits and manage Capri’s Social Compliance Portal;
  • Support the purchasing department with supplier framework agreements and provide guidance on environmental packaging labelling;
  • Manage sustainability-related supply chain projects (e.g., carbon targets, social audits, Scope 3 emissions, Digital Product Passport);
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sustainability, Compliance, Legal) and compliance committees to monitor and update company practices;
  • Support the Sustainability Director in coordinating internal working groups and developing guidelines on responsible materials and communication.


Do you have these qualifications and skills?:


  • 4/6 years of relevant work experience in product compliance with a strong passion for sustainability (fashion experience preferred);
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – basic knowledge of PLM and Stealth 3000 preferred;
  • Good relationships skills, social intelligence and teamwork; strong organisational, planning and analytical skills;
  • A positive and high energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment;
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
