Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Developer (AI & ML) to research, develop, and integrate machine learning models into our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization, while also contributing to broader software development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and integrate AI/ML solutions to enhance internal workflows and customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and specify AI/ML applications.
• Contribute to general software development tasks beyond AI & ML.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes within the architecture team.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a software development or data science role.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
• Understanding of generative AI models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)

• Knowledge of or interest in financial markets.
• Hands-on experience applying machine learning techniques and/or generative AI models.
• Experience working with highly scalable software handling large datasets.
• Background in SaaS application development.
• Finnish or Swedish language skills.
