You will be part of the Digital Technology Team and together, you will innovate, create, and deploy digital products that will empower more than 3,800 employees within SP Group and improve the quality of life for more than 1.7 million commercial, industrial and residential customers that SP Group serves. What You'll Do:

• Define and enforce standard practices and frameworks for frontend development.
• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, digital service managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver project and product features on time.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and trends to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert technical support.
• Lead and manage outsourced developers, ensuring high-qualify work and meeting project requirements.
• Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Handle sensitive and critical services with professionalism and expertise.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development using modern frameworks and libraries.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, including knowledge of functional programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, including understanding of their core principles, components, and state management.
• In-depth understanding of GraphQL and its benefits, including experience with GraphQL APIs, schema design, and client-side GraphQL libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, including understanding of HTTP protocols, API design principles, and integration with frontend applications.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), including branching strategies, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques, including code optimization, image optimization, and caching.
• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Experience with build tools and package managers, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
• Knowledge of frontend security best practices, including preventing cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and other vulnerabilities.
