DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will play a crucial role in enhancing the availability, performance, and stability of IT systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of balancing service reliability, platform development, and delivery speed. You will act as a technical service lead, guiding teams on DevOps best practices, co-creating roadmaps and frameworks, and streamlining the software development lifecycle through automation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of applications.
• Automate aspects of software development, testing, infrastructure provisioning, code deployment, and server configuration.
• Serve as a technical guide for managing applications and services, ensuring efficient system operation and incident response.
• Collaborate across development and operations teams to break down silos, improve communication, and streamline workflows.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging systems to ensure system health, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to defining DevOps architecture, standards, and frameworks that align with IT and business strategies.
• Support and improve existing systems and suggest improvements for system reliability and deployment practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Up to 9 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge across various technology stacks and IT systems.
