HR-Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (m/w/x) to join our team.

Location: Vienna, Austria, Hybrid (60% onsite)

Working hours: Part-time / Full-time

Our platform serves as a one-stop shop for our clients to ensure compliance with key regulations such as EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, FinfraG, MAS, USDF, ASIC, HKMA, REMIT, and many more. As we continue to grow through our Go-Global initiative and strategic partnerships, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in shaping the future of regulatory compliance and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees, managers, and executives on all HR-related topics, including labor law, social security, and payroll.
• Managing HR processes and driving their continuous optimisation.
• Designing and implementing HR strategies.
• Enthusiasm for taking on recruiting and active sourcing activities.
• Handling onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Personnel Administration: Managing employee data in HiBob.
• Time Management: Overseeing and finalising the monthly time tracking.
• Payroll & Compensation: Preparing, reviewing, and approving monthly payroll in close collaboration with an external service provider.

Your Profile

• Higher education (preferably a university degree).
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a relevant HR role in Austria.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Austrian labor law.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken & written) – must-have.
• Strong interest in a diverse and dynamic role.
• High sense of responsibility combined with a willingness to embrace change and new ideas.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at 49.000,- EUR, according to the valid IT collective agreement with the willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
