Responsibilities

  • Coaching your chapter members on technical craftsmanship.
  • Guiding personal development of the people in your team
  • Take care of the HR processes to facilitate all aspects relating to recruitment and the on- and offboarding of employees
  • Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by hosting triangles, circles, communities, and events.
  • Create and foster a healthy working environment and a holistic culture for your chapter.
  • Remain hands on in the iOS field and demonstrate technical success

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in iOS Development (Swift/Objective-C)
  • Coaching & Leadership skills
  • Good Command over Architecture and Design patterns
  • Advanced with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins/Azure DevOps
  • Programming languages (Objective-C, Ruby, Python)
