ML Tech Lead

Job Description

• Lead technical planning and execution of ML engineering work, ensuring models and
  
  

systems are delivered reliably and at scale.

• Translate data science outputs into production-grade machine learning pipelines using
  
  

Python and AWS.

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Data Scientist to ensure handoff from modeling to
  
  

deployment is smooth and robust.

• Design and maintain ML infrastructure using AWS SageMaker, S3, Lambda, Step
  
  

Functions, etc.

• Define and own technical architecture for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining
  
  

workflows.

• Manage technical sprint planning, task assignment, and capacity planning for the ML
  
  

engineering team.

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in ML development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or
  
  

planning role.

• Proven experience with Python, including common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn,
  
  

pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Experience planning, assigning, and following up work using Linear (or similar tools like
  
  

Jira), with a structured approach to sprint planning and progress tracking.

• Experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, and resource allocation for technical
  
  

teams.

• Strong knowledge of AWS services, especially SageMaker, S3, Lambda, and Step
  
  

Functions.

• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production
  
  

environments.

• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerized
  
  

environments (e.g., Docker).

• Strong communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.
