What You'll do:

• Lead the technical development of high-quality software solutions
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications
• - Support the team through code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices
• - Take ownership of features and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals
• - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
• - Work in a hybrid model based in Lisbo
  
  
  

What You Are:

• A strong developer with the ability to technically lead and support team delivery
• - Experienced in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly with Java
• - Knowledgeable in software development best practices and the full software development lifecycle
• - A clear and effective communicator, comfortable in collaborative environments
• - Proficient in English (minimum level: B2/C1)
