We're looking for a talented and experienced Deputy CTO to join our team.

Job Description:

Assistant to the CTO for the following duties.

• Aligning and implementing the company's technology strategies with general business strategies.
• Directing innovation and R&D processes.
• Providing infrastructure for developing existing products and adding new products.
• Increasing competitiveness by following technological trends.
• Managing technology teams, guiding engineering and software development processes.
• Collaborating with senior management to ensure that technology projects achieve business goals.
• Producing growth-oriented solutions by analyzing technology risks and opportunities.
• Managing the quality of product and software assets.
• Determining the goals of the software department and distributing tasks.
• Participating in R&D projects by collaborating with universities and technology companies.
• Increasing corporate excellence by continuously improving processes.
• Developing new tools and systems that will increase productivity.
• Increasing employee satisfaction and improving staff quality.
• Managing the asset inventory and configuration of the software department.

Qualifications:

• Required 15+ years of software development and +10 years of management experience,
• Preferably CAD and GIS based software development experience
