What You Will Do:

Implement a standardized observability stack in a scalable and maintainable way
Design, improve and maintain Metrics collection, aggregation, and visualization
Design, improve and maintain Log collection, aggregation, and correlation
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions for complex issues
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop tools, scripts and frameworks that drive efficiency in automation, monitoring and management of large-scale environments

What We Expect:

Proven experience as a Platform, Site Reliability or DevOps Engineer
Very good understanding of OS (Linux/Unix) and Networking (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.) fundamentals
Proficiency in any modern programming language such as Python, Go, Rust, etc.
Proven high-level experience with automation tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Chef, Ansible
Experience with CI/CD technologies
Good experience with monitoring and logging tools like NewRelic, ELK, Zabbix or other equivalents
Experience developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery processes
As you'll be communicating with international colleagues across all the Baltics, fluent English is needed for the role
