As a UX/UI Designer Intern, you'll collaborate closely with our design and technology professionals to contribute to the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance Tikelt's continuous innovation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- User Experience Design: Assist in designing user-centered interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of Tikelt's mobile applications.
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive UI designs that align with Tikelt's brand identity and user needs.
- Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate findings into design solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design feasibility and seamless integration.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user flows.
- Learning and Development: Take advantage of the internship to expand your skills in UX/UI design, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address design challenges to enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Design Skills: Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, displaying enthusiasm for learning and embracing new challenges.
- Technical Interest: Genuine interest in mobile app design, particularly in the fintech sector.
