Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to support our Aftersales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in report development, data analysis, and SQL-based flow analysis. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide BI support to the Aftersales department and other business stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret existing reports to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas
• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Perform detailed data flow analysis using SQL to understand and document system behaviors and dependencies
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst.
• Strong skills in Power BI: report creation, DAX, data modeling
• Advanced SQL knowledge for querying, analysis, and data flow comprehension
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in supporting operational or aftersales teams is a plus

• Dutch: Full professional proficiency (must)
• French: Full professional proficiency (good to have)
