About the job:

As a Management Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology implementation projects, including core banking system upgrades, digital transformation initiatives and regulatory technology projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Ensure projects adhere to banking regulations, data security policies, and compliance requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, third-party vendors, and senior management
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to ensure project success
• Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and implement lessons learned
• Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective delivery
• Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and impact analysis to key stakeholders

About you:

• Good understanding of core banking systems, cloud solutions, API integrations, and fintech applications in Private Banking
• Strong understanding of Private Banking operations, products, regulatory compliance, and financial services technology trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with executives, technology teams, and third-party vendors
• Ability to identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, and experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
