Monster Notebook is the leading company in Gaming Hardware industry in Turkey. As we’re growing and expanding to other markets like Europe, UK, USA and MEA. We are looking for “Product Marketing Specialist” for our Marketing Department to get even stronger.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having Bacherlor's degree from relevant departments of Universities
• Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar job
• Having advanced knowledge of English for written and verbal communication
• Knowing German will be a plus.
• Having the power of verbal and written expression, effective listening, analysis, empathy and explanation skills.
• Having the ability to be organized, follow-up, analyze data and have strong reporting.
• Ability to adapt to stressful work environment and flexible working hours
• conflict management, problem solving and negotiation skills
• care of one's appearance and having strong communication and persuasion skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates product positioning efforts with appropriate digital content in line with the company's strategic goals. Prepares, manages and reports the product positioning strategy by creating digital content information suitable for product launch processes.Prepares brand and product positioning strategies in line with the company's goals,
• Prepares brand and product positioning strategies in line with the company's goals
• Controls and tracks the Product Marketing budget.
• Carries out the entire operational process with Creative Agencies within the scope of product marketing,
• Evolves and plans product marketing strategy for Social Media communication, Conventional Media, Website and product content.
• Participates in events that are required to be attended in line with the company's strategic goals, carries out the event operation, directs, informs and manages the supplier company employees. Also investigates activities that will accurately reflect the company's brand and image and reports them to its manager.
• Products, services, etc. that need to be supplied during the event processes with the approval of the manager. Creates requests, forwards them to relevant units and coordinates the process.
• Plans and manages appropriate sponsorship agreements in line with the company's strategic goals and reports to manager.
• Conducts research on product positioning (product design, product promotion materials, pricing, etc.), prepares competitive analysis and reports to the manager.
• Develops campaign ideas, prepares the campaign layout and manages it in coordination with relevant units in line with the company's strategic goals.
• Checks the currency and accuracy of advertising content in stores. Prepares a campaign for the stores.
