Your Mission

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our fast-growing team and play a critical role in shaping the user experience of ION, our next-gen MXDR platform. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, AI engineers, and customers to craft intuitive, elegant, and actionable interfaces that make complex security workflows effortless.

You’ll be the voice of the user—translating insights into journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that empower security teams to act faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX design process across the ION platform—from discovery and wireframing to final UI designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Design workflows and dashboards that distill complex security telemetry, alerts, and analytics into actionable insights.
• Create and maintain UX documentation, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to continuously improve the platform.
• Champion accessibility, consistency, and design best practices within a scalable design system.
• Help evolve the visual and interaction language of ION to align with Ontinue’s product vision and branding.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and solutions for complex systems.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Understanding of security operations, incident response, or familiarity with Microsoft security products is a strong plus.
• Experience designing for data-rich interfaces and real-time dashboards is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

• Experience in the cybersecurity space or designing B2B platforms.
• Exposure to designing for AI/ML-driven products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, 365 Defender, or Sentinel.
• Front-end development knowledge or ability to collaborate effectively with dev teams on implementation
