To support from HR side the expansion of our business in the Nordic countries and Germany, we are looking for an HR Specialist (f/m/d).

From our offices in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Germany we focus on renewable energy, sustainability, and energy trading.

Your Main Responsibilities

• First contact person for our employees in Finland, Germany, Norway and Sweden
• Contract management
• Further develop and take over all tasks linked to the onboarding process of new employees
• Prepare documents like work confirmation, salary, bonus letters, reference letters etc.
• Coordinate proper payroll process in cooperation with our external payroll providers
• Develop and maintain regulations, hand books in the different countries
• Support the introduction of a global HRIS system and in other local and global projects
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master`s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role in Finland, ideally also in another Nordic country or Germany
• Profound knowledge and expertise in operative HR topics and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamplayer and international mindset
• Ability to work independently in a structured and transparent manner while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Finish, the ability to speak and understand German would be a plus
