Junior Engineer (Python)

We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer - Python focused (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience) to help accelerate client implementations and improve integration processes.

Our stack includes Python (Dataclasses, Pandas, Asyncio), Postgres, AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS)—experience with these or similar tech is a plus. Agile (XP), TDD, CI/CD, and automation are central to how the team work.

You'll work closely with the team to enhance system architecture, improve user experiences, and contribute to a learning-driven environment.

Process:

• Zoom call with the technical lead (60 mins): Discuss your career journey and skills.
• Face-to-face session with the team (90 mins): Collaborate on an exercise, showcasing your skills and working style.
• Zoom calls with the executive team (30 mins each): Explore industry insights and the company's role.
