Job Experience Required

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in mobile retail or wholesale in UAE, or a minimum of 3 years as a mobile Sales Promoter.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic or Malayalam is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising retail staff, managing store performance, and achieving sales targets
  • Able to manage promotional campaigns, conduct market studies, support product launches, coordinate flyer distribution, and generate reports as needed
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team management abilities
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with Local mobile market in various emirates in the UAE.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
