DWH & BI Analyst

Job Description

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to design appropriate data warehouse models or enhance existing ones.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between business units and developers.
• Transforming business requirements into data models and corresponding reports.
• Continuously analyzing and optimizing the performance of the data warehouse and reporting tools.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure error-free operations.
• Documenting business requirements, workflows, and test scenarios.
• Contributing to strategic decision-making by providing accurate and accessible data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience in data warehouse, report development, or business process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and data modeling methodologies.
• Experience with ETL tools (ODI, Datastage) and reporting tools (preferably MicroStrategy).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, and tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
