Product Manager

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Product Manager to own a core part of the betting experience — driving the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

In this high-impact role, you’ll help shape the future of legal betting by creating innovative, customer-first solutions that make a real difference.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in betting, gaming, fintech, or other complex, high-scale environments.
• A growth mindset and a passion for innovation, with a drive to continuously improve both product and process.
• Strong product sense — with the ability to identify meaningful problems, evaluate trade-offs, and build solutions that resonate with users.
• Data-informed and customer-obsessed — skilled in using behavioral data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Solid execution skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and compliance in fast-paced, agile settings.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered products that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery efforts to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Champion a customer-first mindset by framing clear problem statements and advocating for solutions rooted in real insights.
• Translate discovery findings into actionable product requirements and user stories that align with broader business goals and technical constraints.
• Leverage data, experimentation, and user feedback to test hypotheses, guide iterations, and continuously improve product outcomes.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and alignment with company objectives.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions by infusing user insights, global trends, and emerging patterns — helping shape strategic decisions across teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and data — to deliver high-impact product experiences.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders across the organization to support smooth execution and shared goals.
