🗂️ Project Planning: Structuring projects and making sure they stay on track

💡 Problem Solving: Tackling challenges with creative solutions

⏳ Time Management: Juggling multiple projects while hitting all deadlines

🤝 Stakeholder Management: Liaising with clients and internal teams

👥 Team Coordination: Bringing together designers, developers to meet the brief

💸 Budget Management: Ensuring projects stay on budget without compromising quality

✅ Quality Assurance: Keeping standards high—everything that goes out is flawless

📊 Reporting: Providing regular updates to senior management and clients
