Project Manager

We’re partnered with a global medtech company expanding their spine portfolio, and they’re looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager to join the team.

You’ll lead the design and development of surgical instruments and implants, working closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle development of spine implants and instruments
• Define and manage regulatory strategy for CE mark and FDA PMA
• Oversee multiple R&D projects simultaneously in a regulated environment (ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR 820)
• Coordinate design input, risk management, prototyping, verification/validation, and design transfer
• Collaborate with internal teams (RA/QA, Ops, Industrialization, Marketing)

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years’ experience in R&D project management, ideally in spine or ortho devices
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR Part 820
• Experienced working cross-functionally from concept to commercial launch
• Fluent in French and English, and based in or open to relocating within Switzerland
