Product Operation Manager(A238355)

Responsibilities：

• Target Management: Set targets for the Mobile Phone/PAD/AiOT category and follow up on achieving them on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Product Management: Responsible for Mobile Phone/PAD/AiOT product life cycle management, including product planning management for the introductory period, growth period, maturity period, and end-of-life period;
• and Develop the launch plan according to the products, selling points, and competing product analysis;
• Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments, being responsible for the implementation of the launch and the results of new products.
• Sales Management: Responsible for the sales achievement of Mobile Phone/PAD/AiOT categories, and regularly analyze sales data, review summaries, and define category trading strategies.
• Market Insight: Collect information about the market, industry, and competition, conduct product analysis and positioning, formulate a corresponding Hit Plan, and promote its execution; Output retail product strategies, monitor product life cycle sales, summarize experiences and methodsmethods.

Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or above, able to communicate fluently in English;
• Passionate about sales, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in the consumer electronics industry;
• Possess the ability to monitor and analyze the mobile phone/PDA/AiOT category, regularly analyze relevant data on products, the overall industry, competitors, etc., and propose optimization solutions based on the analysis results;
• Good communication skills, strong ability to collaborate across departments and withstand pressure, able to promote the efficient implementation of work;
• Clear logic, strong execution ability, and strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
