What You'll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks across digital assets and infrastructure;
• Establish and maintain an effective incident response plan to address security breaches promptly;
• Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
• Strengthen and enhance network security measures to protect organizational data and systems;
• Define security parameters related to SAP systems and applications;
• Provide guidance and leadership to a part-time cybersecurity officer responsible for documentation and reporting;
• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate security within automation and operational technologies;
• Apply industry-specific knowledge to develop tailored security practices in an industrial environment;
• Promote a proactive security culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  
  

What You Are:

• Proven experience in a senior information security role, preferably as a CISO or similar leadership position;
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, incident response planning, and risk management;
• Experience in securing operational and automation technologies;
• Background in industrial environments and understanding of sector-specific security challenges;
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively;
• High degree of versatility and adaptability in dynamic work settings;
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory); Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus;
