Project Manager with UX knowledge

Fujitsu Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager to support a strategic initiative focused on digital accessibility within a dynamic UX environment.

You will operate in a collaborative and high-impact setting, working closely with UX/UI designers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth coordination of accessibility-related projects.

🎯 Your responsibilities:

• Lead and structure projects related to digital accessibility
• Coordinate across design, technical, and business teams
• Organize, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings
• Ensure efficient communication and timely delivery
• Guide stakeholders in understanding and integrating accessibility considerations
• Tailor your communication to suit different audiences (UX/UI, developers, business)

🧩 Your profile:

• Proven experience in digital project management
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in French

🌟 Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Interest or experience in digital accessibility and familiarity with the Accessibility Act
• Understanding of agile environments or complex project ecosystems
