What You Will Do:

• Support product development from idea to research, testing, launch and performance tracking 🚀
• Conduct competitive research and support deeper market analysis  
• Prepare product documentation, including briefs, test plans, and operational specifications
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between production, procurement, marketing, IT and sales 🤝
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for product or process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience 📊
• Help manage our product roadmap and prioritize features with impact 🎯

Preferred Background:

• Experience
  • First professional experience in an international manufacturing company
  • Print-on-demand, apparel or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Hard Skills
  
  • Strong analytical mindset - you've worked with AI and Excel 
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management systems 🧰
  • Understanding of Print-on-demand products is advantageous
  • Fluent in English, Polish is a plus
• Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Proactive: You spot and address improvements immediately, ideally supported by data
  • Detail-oriented: You uphold maximum quality to make our customers happy with long-lasting products
