HR Assistant

Based: Łódź, Poland

Contract: 12 months Civil Contract – possible to extend - Full time

Currently we are looking for Candidates to join our team on a position of HR Assistant.

As An HR Assistant You Will

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties,
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies),
• Prepare new employee files,
• Work in HR systems including Success Factors.
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role You Should

• Be interested in professional development in HR area,
• Have good level of Polish and English,
• Have good communication skills,
• Have problem solving skills,
• Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail,
• Be able to use HR systems, databases & spreadsheets,
• Prior experience in HR area such as internships will be additional plus.
• Be available to work for at least 30 hours weekly.
