Job Summary
- Job Title: PHP Developer
- Contract: 6 months to hire
- Location: Irving, TX, only for locals
- Required experience: 8-10 years
- Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of PHP development experience, technical leadership, proficiency in PHP (versions 7.x and 8.x), MySQL, and web technologies, experience with version control tools like Git, knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Management and Leadership Skills: Experience in managing a ticketing system, strong leadership and team management skills, ability to mentor junior developers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Comfortable working with legacy code, passionate about learning new technologies and best practices.
- Key Responsibilities: Leading legacy system management, team leadership & accountability, ticketing system oversight, system enhancements, collaboration & communication, code maintenance & development, technical guidance & support, performance monitoring & optimization, risk management.
