Position: Marketing Intern

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Senior Brand Specialist

Term: Effective immediately until August 2025

Position Summary

The Marketing Intern will support marketing campaign development and execution for the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Warriors, and Abbotsford Canucks. Through these campaigns, the Intern will support several business units including ticket sales, membership experience, corporate partnerships, etc.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned as required)

• Manage tactical execution of partner initiatives
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on project objectives
• Work collaboratively with Graphic Designers and Project Managers on project specifications, key milestones, quote approvals, and production deadlines
• Liaise with internal and external suppliers to confirm quotes, pricing, orders, delivery, and turnaround
• Assist marketing team in tracking all marketing activities through the season long marketing calendar
• Assist in developing new, innovative ideas to better streamline internal processes and corporate initiatives, and help evaluate third-party vendors
  
  

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Current university student or recent university graduate in a related field of study
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated professionalism in presentation, conduct, and reliability
• Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
• Eager to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required
• All internships are in-person at our offices at Rogers Arena
