Scrum Master with a Quality Assurance focus

The product you’ll be working on,Naviloq, is our modern BI & Planning solution designed to bring clarity and insight into decision-making.

The journey that awaits you

In this role around 70% of your time will be focused on helping the team collaborate effectively and continuously improve:

• Facilitating agile rituals (standups, plannings, retrospectives, etc.)
• Removing blockers and distractions so the team can maintain focus
• Coaching the team on Agile thinking and self-organization
• Supporting the Product Owner in backlog refinement and clear prioritization
  
  

The remaining 30% of your role will be dedicated to building quality into everything we do. We're still shaping our QA practices – and you’ll play a key role in defining what good looks like.

This might include:

• Establishing testing practices early in the development process
• Supporting the implementation of automated testing
• Validating outcomes before features are released
• Helping define meaningful metrics (e.g. cycle time, release frequency, test coverage) to guide continuous improvement
  
  

Your workplace and flexibility

This role is based in the Helsinki area. We follow a hybrid work model that blends the energy of our modern office in central Helsinki with the flexibility to work remotely. We hope you’ll join us in the office a few days per week on average to build strong connections with your team and stakeholders.

Keys to success in this role:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong facilitation skills and a proactive approach to removing blockers and enabling team flow in a fast-paced setting
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, including backlog management and aligning delivery with business value
• An analytical mindset and comfort using metrics to support team improvement.
• A constructive attitude toward change, with the ability to guide teams through evolving ways of working.
• A keen interest in developing QA practices and participating in acceptance testing.
• While not required, experience in coding, QA or test automation, the BI or financial domain, or Agile certifications would make your profile shine even brighter.
