Executive Assistant & SCRUM Master – Tenthpin Solutions

Tenthpin Solutions is looking for a pro-active and highly skilled Executive Assistant and Scrum Master to join our rapidly growing organisation. The opportunity:

As an Executive Assistant and Scrum Master, you will be part of the Tenthpin Solutions team, providing first-line product development promptly and professionally to our prestigious life sciences clients.

The role will include but not be limited to:

SCRUM Master (~70%)

• Facilitate agile product development, providing guidance to the product team, and ensuring agile practices are followed to the agreed extent by team members.
• Execute agile ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Review) and govern approval workflows to ensure collaboration between all team members.
• Support Product Owner and Quality Manager on an operational level and monitor adherence to the Tenthpin quality standards throughout the SDLC.
• Act as Incident Manager for incoming customer inquiries, evaluating the impact and urgency of incidents and allocating them to the product team for further analysis and solutioning.
• Develop and maintain project and product documentation, including guiding materials and build the bridge to Level 1 support and ITSM system.
  
  

Executive Assistant (~30%)

• Assist project and product managers in executing projects, especially for SAP and cloud related technologies, with focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Support in the preparation and coordination of project schedules, resource planning, project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Support monitoring and reporting of product unit financials, project budgets, progress updates, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize people management, including onboarding procedure and access management to required registration platforms (e.g. SAP, MS Teams, Signavio).
  
  

Possible growth to Rollout Manager:

• Develop and execute comprehensive and standardized rollout plans for new products and function as service delivery contact during rollout.
• Manage the product rollout organization, coordinating and steering the rollout preparation, delivery, UAT, cutover, go live and transition to business as usual.
  
  

Your experience:

• Senior project management and SCRUM Master experience with track record of successfully managed agile projects, emphasizing expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Good command of delivery approaches (Waterfall / Agile / SCRUM), project management (plan, execute, and monitor processes), and DevOps principles.
• Familiar with project management tools, i.e. PPT, Excel, MS Project, and workflow tools, i.e. Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA.
• Thorough experience in the software development lifecycle and quick understanding of the regulatory requirements and internal process controls.
• Proactive with hands-on attitude and problem-solving techniques, having the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment, driving collaboration towards common goals, while following a user-centric approach.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes paired with analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team building skills, both as a leader and as a team player.
• Experience in working in the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, CRO) is a plus.
