This Senior Software Engineer role plays a key part in scaling and automating the systems that power secure data exchange with hospitals — ensuring clinicians can access critical information when they need it most.

The Role – You’ll Be:

• Collaborating with hospital development teams to build secure, scalable data pipelines
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines for consistent, reliable system updates
• Automating infrastructure and supporting integration across partner environments
• Standardising data processes to support compliance, scalability and quality
• Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term integration strategy

What They’re Looking For – You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms – GCP preferred
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform)
• A collaborative, independent approach and clear communication skills
• Bonus: exposure to Kotlin, Python, MySQL or regulated environments

Bonus point:

• Experience in healthcare, genomics or working with sensitive data
