Task Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling, registration, and follow-up of internal and external mandatory and elective training courses.
- Administer training resources/facilities and resolve issues as they arise.
- Handle correspondence and requests providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing their training needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support with administration of the Cargolux Learning Management System (LMS).
- Consolidate training data & documentation and prepare reports.
- For specific pre-defined topics, apply the learning needs analysis methodology to determine the knowledge and skills to fill the gap between current and desired outcomes.
- Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
- Support with coordinating training provider contracts and external customer contracts
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning is a plus
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Talent Management Systems and/or Learning Management Systems is considered as an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage
- Temporary contract of 12 months based in Luxembourg
- Occasionally flexible with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
