We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of our office and operations. This position is expected to have strong organizational, communication, time management and
administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings, take minutes, answer phone calls and e-mails, handle daily accounting and manage office records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors and provide event support
- Support in scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Manage office records
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Latvian
- Strong ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
