The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we hire top-tier professionals who align with our company's vision and culture. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its unique hiring landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding in our office in Serbia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and collaborate on job specifications.
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including gaming industry networks, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies tailored to attract top talent in the iGaming space.
- Screen candidates for cultural fit, technical skills, and overall potential.
- Act as an advocate for the company and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adjust recruiting practices as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for various roles within tech-related positions, including but not limited to software developers, designers, artists, and product managers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS Greenhouse, Ashby, Breezy or etc.) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodology.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- English language Level: Advanced or fluent proficiency.
