About The Role
This is a live-in role for a couple to work collaboratively across two motels. The successful applicants will take pride in property presentation, ensure guest areas are immaculate, and contribute to a friendly and professional guest experience. A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative is essential. There is no F&B operations nor room service on site.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily room cleans, deep cleans, and linen changes
Conduct general property maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping
Manage laundry operations and maintain inventory
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
What We Offer
Total remuneration package of up to $160k per annum (combined)
On-site accommodation provided

What We’re Looking For
A couple with previous experience in housekeeping or motel/hospitality operations
