About The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Front-End Developer who’s passionate about clean code, smooth UX, and bringing big ideas to life in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This is a fixed-term contract covering a paternity leave period, so it’s your chance to step into a pivotal role and make a real impact at one of Australia’s biggest sporting organisations.

About The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Front-End Developer who’s passionate about clean code, smooth UX, and bringing big ideas to life in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This is a fixed-term contract covering a paternity leave period, so it’s your chance to step into a pivotal role and make a real impact at one of Australia’s biggest sporting organisations.
In this role you will:
- Build beautiful, high-performing marketing emails, landing pages, and content blocks and templates within MS Dynamics 365
- Troubleshoot technical issues with content blocks or templates using html, CSS, ensuring our comms display on all popular mail platforms
- Translate wireframes and UX designs into slick, responsive builds
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to solve problems, drive innovation, and push the boundaries of digital experiences
- Share your expertise in HTML, CSS, and Figma, while always championing UX best practices
You will bring a special blend of technical proficiency, creative acumen, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences to this role.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in front-end development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing
- Strong HTML and CSS skills—prior use with Litmus and Dreamweaver
- A sharp design eye with hands-on Figma skills
- An obsession with user experience and mobile-first design
- Great communication skills (especially when explaining tech to non-techy folks)
- The ability to work independently, solve problems, and proactively improve how things are done
- Experience building HTML5 banners? Even better.
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
