Senior Scrum Master

Templeton and Partners are looking for Senior Scrum Master for our global client.

Location- London, hybrid

Contract- 6 months, inside IR35

Requirements:

• Very good understanding of Azure Devops as an ALM tool
• 5-8 years of Agile/Scrum experience in managing complex software programs and services as a Project Manager or similar technical role in a software development environment
• Outstanding collaboration skills, prior experience working in a matrix and geographically distributed organization
• Highly organized and execution focused, accountable and driven
• Proven track record of shipping high quality products on-time
• Strong skills in communication, risk assessment, change management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and convince
• Strong project management of large implementation of platforms
• Must Have Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Nice to Have - SAFe certs
• Nice to Have - Technical knowledge with a desired emphasis on current Supply industry trends and Agile development techniques
