Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects, particularly within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and Oil & Gas sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in senior management and Executive level hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior management and Executive level positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and negotiate job offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Proven experience in senior management and C-level hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
