💰 Up to $450K OTE (Circa 50/50 split) + Equity

The Role:

👔Own and scale the sales function, reporting directly to the CEO

👔 Lead a team of 4 AEs & 2 SDRs, driving pipeline and revenue growth

👔 Navigate complex, high-value B2B sales (NOT SaaS, but deep AI solutions)

👔 Manage relationships with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500s and industry leaders

👔 Translate cutting-edge AI models & APIs into real business value

Who We’re Looking For:

🏅VP of Sales experience (2+ years) in a high-growth AI/ML company

🏅Proven track record scaling ARR from $5M to $30M

🏅Expertise in complex, technical B2B sales (not just SaaS)

🏅Hands-on leadership, with experience managing 8-10+ people

🏅Startup/scale-up experience – must thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
