We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Developer to join our small, tight-knit tech team and help us change the lives of more dogs by building and maintaining innovative solutions as we rapidly scale.

Role Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software using React, NodeJS, and TypeScript

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Delight, troubleshoot, support, and ship new features

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends

- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience

- Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS, and TypeScript

- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

- Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools

- Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Higher Education (Degree, HND or HNC) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

- Must be UK-based
