- plan, design, and conduct UX research to understand requirements, evaluate concepts, and assess usability
- create detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers, and other team members to define design deliverables
- identify opportunities for improvement and find creative solutions for the product
- run workshops to gather insights and feedback
- clearly communicate design choices and directions to various stakeholders
- advocate for the user’s needs within the organization
- take a user-centered design approach in all projects
- +3 or more years of UX design experience, portfolio that shows equivalent project experience
- strong skillset in Figma
- basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (no need to code)
- can showcase both complex and simple design projects where this is applied
- strong and diverse portfolio to prove you know what you’re doing both in terms of UX & UI design
- high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to consistently check the quality of work and deliverables
- solid written and spoken English
- a demonstrable ability to grasp complex business topics and simplify
- visual and analytical skills – understand design from many perspectives
- familiarity with CMS, DXP and web application software
