Chief Technology Officer

We’re working with a pioneering medical device start-up that’s moving fast toward clinical trials and regulatory approval and now we’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help lead the way.

This is a rare chance to join an early-stage team at a defining moment. As CTO, you’ll shape the entire product development strategy and guide the company through critical milestones: design verification, First-in-Human trials, CE/FDA submission, and commercial launch.

You’ll also be a core member of the executive leadership team—playing a key role in fundraising, investor engagement, and commercial planning while also building and scaling the internal engineering team.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record in taking a Class II or III medical device from initial concept through clinical validation and all the way to market.
• Strong expertise in design control, risk management, and human factors engineering—with deep familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and EU MDR.
• Experience in early-stage or start-up environments where adaptability and initiative are critical.
• A hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong technical foundation—and who’s excited about building something that can truly change lives.
